How the Leaves Fall is an abstract oil painting inspired by a simple truth I’ve learned in life: when you try to force things, it only wears you out. I used to think that if I could control every little detail, I’d get where I wanted to be. But like a leaf in the wind, when you try too hard to guide its path, you just end up out of breath. The more I’ve let go, the more I’ve realized that things often fall into place naturally. In this painting, I wanted to capture that moment of surrender—the beauty of letting life unfold on its own. It’s a reminder that when we stop controlling everything, we can enjoy the journey a lot more.
